Selamawit Imiru Mersha

Selamawit Imiru Mersha is a Senior Behavioral Designer at ideas42, with a progressive career spanning various roles and organizations since 2016. Previous positions include Global Health Fellow at ideas42, Livelihood Specialist at Save the Children International, and Project Coordinator at Youth Network for Sustainable Development. Selamawit is also an Alumni of Atlas Corps, participating as both a Fellow and an Alumni. Engagements in youth empowerment training and health initiatives are highlighted by roles such as Youth Champion Initiative Fellow and meaningful youth participation trainer. Selamawit holds a Master's degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Addis Ababa University.
