Tanu Bhardwaj is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in core HR activities, including training and development, recruitment, performance management systems, induction and orientations, employee engagement, grievance redressal, event management, and management information systems (MIS) presentation. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Globtier Infotech Pvt. Ltd. since February 2020, Tanu previously held the position of Deputy Manager Human Resources at NTH Hitech India Pvt. Ltd. from July 2018 to February 2020, and served as Sr. Executive-HR at Ryonan Electric India Pvt. Ltd. from September 2016 to April 2018.
