Dustin Shields

Dustin Shields has a comprehensive work experience in the medical device industry. Dustin is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of International Spine at Globus Medical since September 2023. Prior to that, Dustin worked at NuVasive, where they held various leadership roles including Vice President of Global Commercial Strategy, Vice President and General Manager, Sales Director, and Area Business Manager from 2012 to 2023. Before their tenure at NuVasive, Dustin gained sales management experience at Medtronic Spine & Biologics as a District Sales Manager and Biologics Sales Representative. Dustin also worked as a Trauma Sales Representative at Stryker Orthopaedics. Dustin started their career as an Account Executive at XO Communications (ARC, Inc.) and later served as a District Manager at ADP.

Dustin Shields received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing and Public Relations from Texas Tech University in the years 1993 to 1997. Dustin also pursued a Leadership Development Program (LDP) in Executive Leadership at the Center for Creative Leadership in 2016. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Pre-Hospital Care, specifically as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-1), from UCLA between 2001 and 2002.
