Rahul Jakka

Rahul Jakka is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resources and administration. Currently serving as Manager HR & Admin at GLOCHEM INDUSTRIES PVT LTD since June 2016, Rahul oversees manpower planning, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement, among other responsibilities. Prior experience includes an Assistant Manager role at WaterHealth International, where key duties involved similar HR operations, and a position as Deputy Manager - HR at Shivashakthi Group of Companies, focusing on statutory compliance and payroll management. Rahul holds an LLB in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from Andhra University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
