Carlos Diaz

Carlos Diaz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Carlos is currently the Director of People Operations at GlossGenius since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Bridgewater Associates, where they held various roles in the Investment Technology division. From March 2019 to January 2023, they served as the Head of People Operations, overseeing the human resources function for the division. Before that, from April 2017 to March 2019, they worked as the Chief of Staff/People Management Partner for Investment Technology. Additionally, they have experience as a Program Manager in Real Estate Operations at Bridgewater Associates from November 2015 to April 2017.

Before joining Bridgewater Associates, Carlos was a co-owner of Shelton CrossFit from February 2013 to March 2016. Carlos also worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Branch Manager from June 2010 to February 2015. Carlos began their career at AT&T Mobility as a Store Manager from April 2004 to June 2010.
