Malika Rajvanshy

Malika Rajvanshy is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at GlossGenius since December 2023, Malika previously held similar roles at Shef from June 2022 to November 2023 and at Slack from September 2018 to June 2022, where Malika led the Demo Engineering team, bridging Sales, Product, and Engineering. Prior experience includes senior engineering roles at Ripple, contributing to the Ripple protocol and its adoption, and an internship at Box focusing on enterprise web applications. Malika began a career in research at the University of California, Berkeley, and holds a BA in Computer Science from the same institution.
