Julian Minnard

Julian Minnard has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. Julian started their career as a Recruiter at Platinum Select Healthcare Staffing in 2006 and worked there until 2008. In 2008, they joined Glotel, Inc. and held various roles within the company. Julian started as a Technical Recruiter on the National Accounts Team and was later promoted to Recruiter Team Lead. In 2015, they became the Regional Recruiting Manager for the National Accounts Team. From 2019 to 2023, Julian worked as a Senior Manager in Client Solutions at Glotel. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Client Solutions at Glotel, which they started in March 2023.

From 2001 to 2006, Julian Minnard attended Stephen F. Austin State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing.
