Ruth Foulser

Ruth Foulser is an experienced professional in customer service and operations, currently serving as the Live Operations Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa at Glovo since July 2024. Prior to this role, Ruth held various positions at Bolt from December 2017 to July 2024, advancing from Customer Support Specialist to Senior Manager Customer Support, leading operations across East Africa, Thailand, and Paraguay. Ruth’s earlier experience includes roles as a Customer Success Manager at both African Developer Group and Sky Planet Design Company Ltd, along with positions in sales management at AMGEA Automotive Division and as a Sales Representative at Vitafoam Products Ltd. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Microbiology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and has completed German language studies at Goethe Institut.
