Alessandra Sinibaldi has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on regulatory affairs and market access. Alessandra is currently working as a Value, Market Access & GA Senior Director at Galapagos since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Janssen for eight years from 2014 to 2022, holding the position of Regulatory Affairs & HEMAR Director. Before joining Janssen, Alessandra worked for the Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson for over 17 years, starting from 1997. During their tenure at Johnson and Johnson, they held various roles including Regulatory Affairs & National Market Access Team Manager, Regulatory Affairs Team Manager, Regulatory Affairs Manager, Regulatory Affairs Officer, and Quality Assurance Specialist. Alessandra also has a scholarship in Biochemistry from Università La Sapienza, where they studied from September 1996 to December 1996.

Alessandra Sinibaldi completed a Corso di Specializzazione di 2° livello-CS2 in Farmaceutica e progettazione del farmaco at Università di Pavia from 2000 to 2003. Alessandra also obtained a degree with honors in Regulatory Disciplines from the same university during the same time period. Before that, from 1990 to 1996, they earned a Laurea L in Scienze e Tecnologie Farmaceutiche in Chimica farmaceutica e medicinale, also with honors, from Sapienza Università di Roma. Lastly, they attended Liceo Scientifico from 1984 to 1989.
