Marc Geuens is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in clinical operations and management within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Senior Director at Galapagos, Marc leads clinical study execution and oversight, as well as phase 2-4 clinical study leaders. Prior to this role, Marc held multiple leadership positions at Baxter Healthcare Corporation, overseeing clinical trials across Europe and Asia, and was instrumental in key mergers and project management initiatives. Marc's career began as Head Nurse and Nursing Manager at University Hospitals Leuven, supplemented by extensive educational qualifications from Vlerick Business School and various clinical research institutions.
