Nele van Hooste

Nele Van Hooste has extensive work experience in talent development, organizational development, and human resources. Nele is currently working as the Talent & Development Lead at Galapagos since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Global Head of People & Culture at Board of Innovation from March 2018 to February 2022. Nele also held various roles at imec, including Learning & Organizational Development Lead from February 2013 to February 2018, HR Specialist - Learning & Talent Acquisition from an unspecified time in 2011 to 2013, and HR Project Officer from an unspecified time in 2008 to 2011.

Nele Van Hooste completed their Master's degree in Organisational Psychology at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven from 2004 to 2009.
