Jane Lyda Mounsey, SHRM-SCP, has over 20 years of experience in human resources management. Jane started their career in 1992 as a Staff Development Manager at Ski Lifts, Inc, where they worked until 1998. In 1999, they joined AccessVia as the Director of Human Resources and held this position until 2005. From 2005 to 2008, Jane worked as the Human Resources Director at Molbak's LLC. In 2008, they joined GLY Construction as the Human Resources Director. Jane also served as the Past President of the Lake Washington Human Resource Association from 1992 to 2018.

Jane Lyda Mounsey, SHRM-SCP has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and English from the University of Washington. Jane also holds a High School Diploma from The Overlake School. Additionally, they have obtained the Senior Certified Practitioner - Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) certification.
