Lynn Tao has held a variety of roles in the past 14 years. From 2005-2006, they worked as an Account Coordinator for Experian, an Advertising Coordinator for Ziff Davis, and an Account Manager for Tacoda. In 2006, they joined AOL as a Strategic Insights Manager, where they wireframed and executed biometric focused research studies, provided research strategy and consumer/market insights, and synthesized comprehensive Behavioral Targeting media strategies for major national advertisers. From 2012-2014, they were the Founder and CEO of Juniper, Inc., a tampon and treats subscription service. During this time, they created a $28/month period-pampering subscription service and drove media coverage and engagement. From 2014-2015, they were a Marketing Lead for Chariot*, where they drove ticket sales to hit weekly 5% growth goals and designed, printed, and dispatched all sales/marketing collaterals. Finally, from 2015-2018, they were a Global Digital Marketing Manager for CooperVision, where they developed content marketing strategies, grew global social media presence, and evaluated and made recommendations for marketing process and sales presentation tools.
Lynn Tao attended I.H.Kempner Senior High from 1994 to 1998, graduating without a degree. Lynn then attended Carnegie Mellon University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
