Taleh T. Nabiyev

Taleh T. Nabiyev is a seasoned professional in operations and procurement, currently serving as the Head of Operations at GM Construction since November 2023. Previously, Taleh held roles at Azerbaijan Investment Holding from December 2020 to November 2023, including Chief Specialist of the Procurement Control and Monitoring Department and Senior Procurement Specialist. With extensive experience in financial management, Taleh worked as a Senior Accounting Manager at the Event Operations Committee and as an Accounting Manager for various high-profile events, including EYOF 2019 and the 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games. Taleh's procurement expertise was developed during tenure as a Procurement Specialist at Baku Steel Company. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in International Economic Relations from Azerbaijan State University of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution, complemented by studies at Girton College, University of Cambridge.
