Michelle Shattuck

Michelle Shattuck possesses extensive experience in learning and development, evidenced by current roles at GMB Architecture + Engineering as a L&D Liaison and as Owner of Official Consulting, LLC. Previous positions include Leadership Development Coordinator and Personal and Professional Development Coach at Lippert, where Michelle implemented global development programs and coached leaders across various levels. With further expertise gained at Bayer, Thor Motor Coach, Cummins Inc., and educational institutions such as Central Michigan University, Michelle has successfully designed and facilitated numerous workshops and development initiatives. Michelle holds a Professional Certification in HR Management from Villanova University, along with a Master's degree in Sports Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Grand Valley State University.
