Paul Greenland

Paul Greenland is the current Vice President of Sales at GMI. Prior to this, they were with GMI Security - Janitorial as their Vice President of Sales and Marketing from June 2018 to March 2021. Paul was responsible for overseeing all sales and marketing for the company and managed a team of six direct reports spread across four offices in the Southern California region.

Since taking charge of the revenue generation functions of GMI in mid-2018, Paul has helped the company post their best financial performance in 2019 and 2020, despite the challenges of COVID-19. Paul has also bolstered the team with the right individuals with the right training, which has helped keep the team motivated during these unforeseen challenges. Paul's goal for GMI was to help ownership create a successful exit by positioning the business to be sold, which was accomplished in December 2020.

Paul Greenland graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Paul is certified as a Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) from BSCAI.
