Cristin (Duggan) McMullin has over 20 years of experience in design and marketing. From 1998 to 1999, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Assurnace Technology Corporation. Cristin then moved on to SignWorks Group, Inc. where they served as a Graphic Designer and Project Manager from 1999 to 2003. Afterwards, they joined Babson Capital Management as the Director of Corporate Design & Marketing Communications, managing a team responsible for traditional and digital marketing initiatives. Cristin held this position for 10 years until they joined GMO in 2013 as the Head of Design and Digital. In this role, they oversaw internal and external websites, email marketing, analytics, and search engine optimization, while also serving as the global brand manager responsible for implementing visual representations of the brand.

Cristin (Duggan) McMullin earned a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Framingham State University, which they completed between the years of 1995 and 1998. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a UX Certificate from Nielsen Norman Group in November 2018. Furthermore, they have acquired additional certifications, including a Certified Digital Marketing Professional certification from the Digital Marketing Institute in August 2022, and a Content Creation: Strategy and Tools certification from LinkedIn in August 2022.
