Ramkishan Panthena

Ramkishan Panthena is a Machine Learning Engineer at GMO since August 2019, with prior experience as a Machine Learning/NLP Researcher at Northeastern University College of Computer and Information Science from May 2018 to August 2019, where a master's thesis focused on word-vector regularization for text classification algorithms was completed. Notable projects include creating an interactive web-based visualization for startup success prediction and reducing file wait times significantly through the development of parallel HDF5 datasets using PySpark and Databricks. Additionally, experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University and as a Technical Consultant at Teradata includes implementing data ingestion pipelines and optimizing query efficiency. Ramkishan holds a Master’s degree in Data Science from Northeastern University and an Engineer's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Mumbai, along with pursuing a Deep Learning Specialization on Coursera.
