Chaitanya Kale has an extensive background in human resources, currently serving as a People and Culture Generalist at GMP Pharmaceuticals Ltd since June 2021, having previously held the position of People and Culture Coordinator within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Aparajitha Corporate Services Private Limited, overseeing HR compliance for 28 companies in Goa and Maharashtra, and holding managerial roles at Hindustan Pressings Pvt. Ltd. and Phadnis Infrastructure Ltd. Chaitanya began the HR career as a Junior HR Executive at Phoenix Infotech, progressing through various positions that underline a strong expertise in HR and administration. Chaitanya holds a Master in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Human Resources Management from MMCC Pune.
