Allison Milne

Allison Milne, CPHR has a diverse work experience. Allison started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Arc'teryx Equipment Inc. in 2014. Later, they worked as a VP Finance at the BCIT HR Association, where they managed the finances and provided financial advice to the Executive Committee. In 2015, they served as a Job Analyst at Simon Fraser University. Allison also gained experience as a Student HR Consultant at Sonepar Canada, where they developed an Employee Recognition Program. Since 2016, they have been working at Arc'teryx Equipment, initially as a Human Resources Coordinator, and then progressing through various roles such as People & Culture Generalist, People & Culture Business Partner, People & Culture Manager, and currently as the Senior Manager of People & Culture.

Allison Milne, CPHR, has a strong educational background in the fields of Human Resources Management, Sociology, and Urban Studies. Allison attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Diploma in Human Resources Management. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Simon Fraser University, graduating between 2009 and 2012. During their time at Simon Fraser University, Allison also obtained a Certificate of Urban Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Allison has also obtained the CPHR certification from CPHR BC & Yukon in March 2019, further establishing their expertise in the field of Human Resources.
