Yuriy Chernysh

Yuriy Chernysh currently serves as Deputy CTO and Head of Network Operations Division at GMS - Global Message Services since June 2019. Prior to this role, Yuriy held multiple positions at Київстар from September 2005 to May 2019, including Head of Telecommunications Network & Services Management Unit, where responsibilities included improving the performance of the Network Operations Center (NOC) and collaborating with key vendors like Nokia, ZTE, and Huawei. Other roles at Київстар included Head of Operational Control Sector, focusing on monitoring processes for 3G technology launch across Ukraine, and Telecom Engineer of 1st category, which involved operational control of GSM networks and performance monitoring. Yuriy holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'​ and is currently advancing education at Business School "KROK."
