Paige Vandiver, MT (ASCP), CQA (ASQ) has over 18 years of professional experience. Paige began their career in 2002 as a Blood Bank Medical Technologist at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Hospital. In 2005, they moved to Alabama Fertility Specialists as a Lead Medical Technologist/Patient Care Coordinator. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at the American Red Cross in two different roles: Quality Assurance Associate and Senior Reference Laboratory Technologist. In 2012, they began their music career as a Drummer/Vocalist for The Salty Caramels, Linden Hollow and The Jeffs. In 2019, they joined The Creative Content Shop as the Director of Client Experience, Copywriter & Blogger. Most recently, in 2014, they became the Vice President of Operations at GnomeDX, a CLIA-certified, high complexity lab in Powell, Ohio.

Paige Vandiver obtained a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Mississippi State University between 1998 and 2002. In June 2003, they obtained a Medical Technologist (MT) certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP). In December 2012, they obtained a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification from the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
