Rick Busby

Rick Busby has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rick currently serves as a Senior Product Development Engineer at Go Electric Inc., where they are responsible for developing and testing new products. Prior to this, Rick worked as a Test & Control Engineer at the same company from 2019 to 2021.

Before joining Go Electric Inc., Rick was a Product Development Manager at DD DANNAR, LLC from 2017 to 2019. In this role, they initiated system functionality and performance tests, created test procedures, and documented results for various technical areas.

Rick also has extensive experience at Xtreme ADS, where they served as a Senior Program Manager from 2006 to 2017. Here, they co-founded and played a key role in the development of directed energy defense systems.

Earlier in their career, Rick worked at Thomson Multimedia as a System Test Engineer and later as a Micro-Electronic Technology Specialist. Rick was involved in the development of intelligent televisions and the investigation of new electronic design technologies.

Rick began their career as an Independent Engineering Consultant and Printed Circuit Designer at Circuit Graphics, where they established a successful design service bureau.

Prior to that, they worked as an Electronic Circuit Designer at AT&T Bell Laboratories, where they were involved in the design of RF/High-speed digital circuits and the implementation of EMC design processes.

Rick Busby attended Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from an unknown start year until 1992. Rick studied Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians during their time at the university.
