Sara Hawthorne

Sara Hawthorne, SHRM-CP, has had extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Sara most recently worked at Go Local Interactive, starting in May 2022 as a Human Resources Manager and then being promoted to Human Resources Director in August 2023. Prior to that, they worked at ULTRAX Aerospace Inc from August 2015 to May 2022 as a Human Resources Manager. Their career in human resources began at Powell Gardens in March 1998, where they served as an Accounting/Human Resource Administrator until August 2015.

Sara Hawthorne, SHRM-CP, received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. In 2017, they obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
