Connor Lomas

Connor Lomas currently serves as the Head of People at Go North West, a role initiated in June 2019 that encompasses recruitment, training, human resources, and stakeholder engagement across multiple sites in Greater Manchester. Lomas has played a pivotal role in the mobilization of large bus franchises and has overseen significant expansions in training capacity. Previous positions at Go North West include Operations Manager and Performance Manager, where responsibilities included managing a large team of drivers and ensuring service delivery across multiple regions. Prior experience includes managing service delivery at Tyrers Coaches and Cumfybus Ltd, as well as a Management Trainee role. Lomas holds a Level 3 Certificate of Professional Competence in Passenger Transport Management from the Whalley Centre for Transport Studies.
