Rachael Kim

Rachael Kim is an accomplished leader in the technology and femtech sectors, currently serving as a VC Labs Cohort 3 Member at Venture Institute and as the Chief Executive Officer of Femtech Salon, where efforts are focused on driving innovation and market growth in a $1 trillion industry. Alongside founding My Comma and previously leading Project Untaboo, Inc., Rachael participates in the Leadership Catalyst Program at BioscienceLA and the Go Paladin startup accelerator, which emphasizes collaboration among underrepresented communities. Rachael's extensive career also includes a decade at Accenture as an Information Security and Global GDPR Expert, and foundational experiences in economic policy during an internship with the Senate Joint Economic Committee. Academically, Rachael holds degrees in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University and The London School of Economics and completed the Y Combinator Startup School.
