Gus Luxton

Gus Luxton has diverse work experience in the technology industry, starting in 2006 with P&P Associates as a Developer. There, they played a key role in designing and developing VIBE, a flagship e-commerce platform. Gus also provided technical support for multiple company offices and implemented office networks.

In 2010, Gus joined LMAX Limited as a Systems Administrator. Gus was responsible for optimizing the day-to-day operations of a financial trading platform, managing a large number of servers and implementing various software and monitoring systems.

In 2012, Gus moved to Facebook as a Production Engineer. Gus worked on teams supporting Facebook's Graph API/Platform, video upload and encoding, and video advertising. Gus also contributed to building and maintaining Facebook's audio and video recognition systems. During their time at Facebook, Gus gained experience working with a high-traffic website.

In 2016, Gus joined Equal Experts as a DevOps Engineer. For two years, they worked on various DevOps projects, applying their expertise in optimizing system operations.

Currently, Gus is employed at Teleport as a Senior Solutions Engineer, starting in June 2021. Gus is responsible for providing solutions to complex technical challenges and contributing to the success of the company.

Throughout their career, Gus has accumulated a wide range of skills and experience in areas such as infrastructure management, automation, software maintenance, and network design.

Gus Luxton attended The Highfield School from 1996 to 2003. No specific degree or field of study was mentioned during this period. Later, from 2003 to 2006, Gus enrolled at the University of Liverpool and pursued a degree in Computer and Multimedia Systems, focusing on Computers and Technology.
