William Loy

William Loy has a diverse work experience. William is currently working as an Implementation Engineer at Teleport since August 2021. Previously, they worked at Rackspace Technology for five years, starting in 2016. In their time at Rackspace, they held various positions such as Information Developer III, Lead Email Technician, and Customer Service Technician II. Prior to Rackspace, William worked as an Account Manager at State Farm from May 2015 to July 2016.

William Loy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from The University of Texas at San Antonio, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Office 365 from Microsoft in November 2017, an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2020, and a Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in January 2020.
