Niket Gupta has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Niket currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Yubi, where they are responsible for establishing and driving the talent acquisition function. Prior to this, they worked at Lenovo in various roles, including Head of Talent Acquisition - India & ASEAN, Asia Pacific ISG Talent Acquisition Leader, and Head of Talent Acquisition India. Niket also gained experience at Huawei Technologies India as the Head of Recruitment for the India R&D Center and University Program Manager. Before that, they worked at HP as the Talent Acquisition Site Leader for Sales in India & AEC and as a University Program Manager. Niket started their career at Tech Mahindra, where they held multiple positions, including Talent Acquisition Leader for Europe Middle East & Africa and Manager of Recruitment & Resource Fulfillment for West India. Niket also worked as a Recruiter for the North America, Brazil, and Mexico market. Niket's work experience showcases their expertise in talent acquisition, leadership hiring, and university program management.

Niket Gupta completed an Executive Program in HRM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in 2009. Niket also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science And Engineering from the University of Rajasthan, which they earned in 2006.
