Sandra Kelly

Sandra Kelly has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Since 2018, they have been working at Go1, starting as a Recruitment and Culture Partner and progressing to roles such as People & Culture Business Partner, People Operations Manager, and Head of People Operations (Secondment). Currently, they hold the position of Director, Strategic Partnering at Go1. In addition to their work at Go1, Sandra also worked as a Sessional Academic Tutor at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2019 to 2020, where they tutored business undergraduates in the field of Performance Management and Rewards. Prior to that, they were an HR Advisor at Woolworths Group from 2017 to 2018. Sandra's earlier experience includes roles such as Student Learning Advisor at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) and HR Administrator at Trustonic. Sandra also worked as an Administration and Project Assistant at PLU GmbH. Overall, Sandra has a diverse background in HR, people operations, and academia.

Sandra Kelly holds a Master of Business degree in HR Management from QUT (Queensland University of Technology), which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in European Studies/Civilization from Universität Passau between 2009 and 2012. In addition to their formal education, Sandra has also obtained several certifications, including Organisational Coaching Level 1 Certification from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL), People Analytics: Transforming HR Strategy with Data Science from Cambridge Judge Business School, and Standard Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid Australia, which they obtained in December 2017.
