Anshuman Pandey is the Advisor at Goals101. Anshuman was previously the Senior Vice President at Trilogy from June 2021 to September 2021. Prior to that, they were the Senior Executive Vice President & CTO at Goals101 from February 2017 to June 2021.

Anshuman co-founded India's leading FinTech in the space of BFSI Customer Experience Platform - Goals101. Anshuman is currently engaged with the two of the largest payment processing networks (VISA & MasterCard), top 4 retail banks in Malaysia, and the top 10 in India to make banking experience more personalized, automated and delightful.

Their responsibilities include design, development, and delivery of the infinite-scale enterprise Transaction Behaviour Intelligence platform, Alpha, which processes 3bn+ consumer data points. Anshuman has also innovative and delivered a disruptive technology to enhance the Consumer Experience (CX) for our banking partners which delivered 4x engagement metrics leading to more than $500k revenue in FY 2020-21.

In addition, they have also managed technology deliveries with -6% of the allocated budget leading to a saving of approximately $500k in the financial year 2019-2020. Anshuman has also managed global accreditations including SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301. Their exemplary team management has resulted in less than 1% attrition in the last three years.

Anshuman Pandey received a B. Tech. + M. Tech. (Dual Degree) in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
