Josefina Vierci has a wealth of work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. In 2011, they worked as an Analista en Sector Comercio Exterior for Coca Colaa. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Telemarketer (Ventas) for CT Comunicaciones SRL. In 2013, they began working for Banco Patagonia as an Oficial Comex and Analista de Comex. In 2017, they worked as a Magistrate RRII for Università di Bologna. From 2018 to 2019, they held various roles at Fidus: Una App, Beneficios Infinitos, including Sales Manager, Head of AfterSales, and Ejecutiva de Cuentas. Josefina then worked as a Customer Experience (CX) Leader en Tap Billetera SA from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Success and Happiness Specialist for Goalsetter.

Josefina Vierci received their Licenciada in Comercio Internacional from UADE between 2008 and 2011. In 2011, they were an Exchange Student at Università Bocconi, studying Económicas. In 2016, they obtained an Operador en Mercado de Capitales - IAMC- Merval from IAMC S.A. - Inst. Argentino de Mercado de Capitales. Finally, they earned their Master's degree in Relaciones internacionales y asuntos exteriores from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna between 2017 and 2018.
