Cara Shillenn

Cara Shillenn is an experienced media professional specializing in audio content production and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Unscripted Content at Goat Rodeo since April 2021, Cara previously worked as an Associate Producer for Axios, where contributions included launching the successful daily news podcast Axios Today, researched diverse topics, and produced high-quality interviews. Earlier experience includes producing and co-hosting nationally syndicated radio programs at Radio America, interning at NPR where Cara managed audio digitization processes, and working with various music and programming tasks at Sirius XM Radio Inc. and Clear Channel Communications. Cara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Gender Studies in the Radio Industry from the University of Maryland.
