Kristen Elnicky has over 16 years of experience in the philanthropy field. Kristen began their career in 2005 as an Operations Coordinator for Banner Health Foundation. In 2008, they moved to TGen Foundation as the Director of Foundation Operations. In 2015, Kristen became the Vice President of Operations for Barrow Neurological Foundation, where they directed and managed all financial systems, audits, budgeting, data collection systems and training, accounting processes, grant administration processes, regulatory reporting, compliance processes and related activities. In 2019, they joined CCS Fundraising as Senior Director, working with clients such as Los Angeles County Office of Education / Greater LA Education Foundation, Harvest Home, Pasadena Educational Foundation, Southwestern Law School and California State University, Bakersfield. In 2021, Kristen became Vice President at Leonidas Strategies and Vice President, Philanthropy Services at Gobel Group.

Kristen Elnicky obtained their MBA in Executive Management from Liberty University between 2006 and 2008.
