David Young

David Young is an experienced IT consultant who has been with Gobierno de Cantabria since November 1985. David specializes in programming languages, operating systems, and methodology of analysis and programming. Throughout their career, David has also been involved in training and supervising personnel in various IT projects. Additionally, David has a background in managing backups and operations, as well as coordinating and validating IT projects. David holds a Master's degree in Library & Information Science and has an Associate's degree in Británica.
