Erin Lish has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Erin started their career as an Intern Architect at James L. Brown Associate Architects and later worked as an Intern Architect at Hunt Hale Jones Architecture, Planning, and Interiors. Erin then gained experience as an Intern Graphic Designer at Betsy White Stationery Boutique. Erin went on to work as a Junior Graphic Designer at Minted and as a UX Designer/Marketing Designer at PunchTab.

In 2015, Erin joined Symphony.com as a Lead Mobile Product Designer. In this role, they led the design work for the Symphony iOS and Android apps, developed a new mobile framework, and established a design pattern library for mobile. Erin also collaborated with the desktop team to achieve design parity between the mobile and desktop products. Erin mentored and developed the skills of junior designers and teammates during the redesign effort.

Following their time at Symphony.com, Erin worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer, collaborating with the CTO/Founder of Spectrum to develop their product. Erin then joined Brightside as a Lead Designer and eventually became the Head of Design. In this role, Erin conceived and implemented the company's design function, developed the company-wide product design strategy, and built a design team from scratch.

Throughout their career, Erin has demonstrated strong design skills and leadership abilities, consistently driving the development and improvement of products and teams. Erin is experienced in wireframing, prototyping, testing, and creating visual designs. Erin is proficient in tools such as Sketch, InVision, and Principle, and has a deep understanding of design principles like Google material design.

Erin Lish's education history includes a B-Arch degree in Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Additionally, they obtained a Web Design Certificate in Graphic Design from UCSC Extension Silicon Valley. Erin also pursued General Education in General Studies at American River College. Erin completed their high school education at El Camino with a focus on general education.
