Jason Bertola has a diverse and extensive work experience in sales, sales enablement, solution consulting, and leadership roles. Jason is currently the Head of Sales Enablement at Brightside, where they have played a crucial role in building strong sales pipelines and improving sales team efficiency. Prior to that, they worked as the VP, Solution Architect Leader at Alight Solutions, overseeing the strategic vision for the Health solutions process. Jason also served as the Solution Consulting Leader at League Inc., designing and implementing processes to showcase the company's unique value proposition to clients. Before that, they held senior positions at Grand Rounds, where they established implementation processes and tools and contributed to the development of sales strategies.
