Kennedy Vo

Kennedy Vo has a strong background in product management and operations. They most recently worked at Brightside, starting in 2022 as the Chief of Staff and then transitioning to the role of Director of Product Management in September 2023. Prior to this, Kennedy served as a Group Product Manager at Urgently from 2021 to 2022. They also held roles at Volkswagen of America, Inc, where they worked as a Senior Product Manager from 2019 to 2021, leading account management strategies and delivering innovative customer experiences. Kennedy also worked as a Product Lead at Volkswagen, Audi, and Porsche from 2018 to 2019, supporting transformation efforts for customer settlements. Additionally, they have experience in strategic operations management at Uber from 2016 to 2017 and various roles at Volkswagen of America, Inc, including Sales Operations Manager, Marketing and Incentives Specialist, and Dealer Network Operations Specialist. Kennedy began their career as a Graduate Development Program - Operations Analyst at Volkswagen of America, Inc and also worked as an International Short Term Consultant at The World Bank. They gained early experience as a Performance Management Intern at GSA in 2010.

Kennedy Vo holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of Maryland.
