Fiona Vernazza

Fiona Vernazza has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Fiona started their career at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking (SGCIB) in 2006 as a Manager, where they focused on management reporting and reference data in the equity settlements outsourcing services department. Fiona remained with SGCIB until 2010.

In 2011, Fiona joined RBS, where they held various roles over a span of five years. Fiona started as VP of APS (Asset Protection Scheme) Support, then moved on to become VP of Data & Reporting Services. Their final role at RBS was Head of Global Reporting & Analysis - Transaction Management & Operations.

In 2017, Fiona joined NatWest Markets as a Product Manager CRM and Content Distribution. Within this role, they provided project management support to sales and research teams globally, focusing on CRM, predictive analytics, content distribution, and client-facing web portals. Fiona collaborated with users, technology, and senior stakeholders to align deliverables with business objectives. After five years with NatWest Markets, Fiona joined GoCardless in 2022 as a Product Manager.
