Rob Ferguson

Rob Ferguson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Rob started their career as a Level 2 Ski Instructor at SchiSchule Alberg, where they taught skiing to clients from all over the world. Rob then had a media production placement at The Creative Partnership and worked as C Venues Staff at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society.

Rob also gained experience in the legal field as an intern at Lewis Silkin, where they worked on cases related to corporate and IP law. Rob further expanded their skill set by working as a Digital Marketing Intern at Red Ant.

In 2016, Rob joined Wimbledon - The All England Lawn Tennis Club (Championships) Limited as a Bar Manager, where they received commendations for their performance. Rob later joined Jubel Ltd. as a Brand Ambassador, promoting brand awareness and increasing sales for the company.

In 2018, Rob joined City AM as a Sales and Marketing Executive, managing sales for advertising clients and being a part of the team that launched the City AM Club platform. Rob was later promoted to the role of Lifestyle & Business Development Manager.

Most recently, Rob has been working at GoCardless, starting as a Sales Development Representative and progressing to the roles of Senior Sales Development Representative and Lead Sales Development Representative. Rob is currently an Account Executive at the company.

Rob Ferguson obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Theology from the University of Bristol, which they attended from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they attended Wellington College where they studied English Literature, Philosophy and Religion, Drama and Theatre Studies (with Economics AS Level). Their education journey began at Edgeborough Prep School, where they completed their Common Entrance degree from 1999 to 2008. In addition to their academic qualifications, Rob has obtained several certifications, including a Level 2 Ski Instructor certification from Schischule Alberg in December 2014, a Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award from the Duke Of Edinburgh Award Scheme in April 2013, and a Gold Award (Grade 8) distinction from LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art) in September 2009.
