Lauren Stuhr

Lauren Stuhr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and talent operations. Currently serving as Director of Practice Community at Catalant Technologies since May 2019, Lauren is responsible for the strategy and operations of newly launched Practice Communities, fostering collaboration among experts, clients, and the Catalant team. Previous roles at Catalant include Sr. Manager of Customer Success for Private Equity and various positions in Network Strategy within the private equity sector. Prior to joining Catalant, Lauren led talent operations at Flagship Pioneering, coordinating interview processes and producing key reports for executives. Lauren's career began in recruitment and marketing at Monument Staffing and Wilson Sporting Goods Co. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and International Business from the University of Notre Dame.
