Natalie Harmon-Tatton has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Natalie started their career as a waitress at Loch Fyne Restaurants in 2005 and later worked as a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant at The New School at West Heath. In 2011, they joined Hays as a Recruitment Consultant, where they achieved monthly and weekly KPIs, negotiated business terms, maintained client relationships, and guided candidates on CV writing and interviews. After their time at Hays, Natalie worked at Little Ones UK Ltd as a Recruitment Consultant and later as a Recruitment Manager/HR, overseeing the relocation and expansion of the team. Natalie then joined Kurt Geiger as a Human Resources Advisor, responsible for employee relations, pension platform change, HR system implementation, and induction training. In 2019, Natalie became the HR Manager EMEA for Jimmy Choo, where they successfully managed HR operations, employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and navigating through the challenges of Covid-19. Currently, they hold multiple roles at Go City®, including Employer Brand & Culture Business Partner, Head of Global Development, Talent and Employer Brand, and Global Vice President - People.

Natalie Harmon-Tatton obtained a BA CH in German and Sociology from the University of Exeter from 2006 to 2010. Natalie also studied Germanistik und Soziologie at Johann Wolfgang Goethe Universitaet, although the duration is unknown. Prior to university, they attended Walthamstow Hall School for Girls and completed A-levels in German, English, Sociology, and French. Recently, in 2018 and 2019, they pursued further education in CIPD at Acacia Learning.
