Alicia Daugherty, MBA, PCC has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. In 1987, they began their career at Exelon, where they held various roles, including Director of Operations, overseeing project management and customer services. Alicia then moved to PJM Interconnection in 2004, where they managed compliance programs and member relations.

In 2007, Alicia joined Comcast and took on roles of increasing responsibility. Alicia served as Vice President of Technical Operations, Area Operations, and Regional Project Management Office, leading cross-functional initiatives and new product deployments. Alicia also held the position of Vice President of Customer Experience Strategy & Execution, where they ensured the execution of improved processes and tools to enhance the customer experience. In their final role at Comcast, they served as Vice President of the Consumer Experience Transformation Office, driving the transformation of the customer experience.

Building on their executive experience, Alicia transitioned to the field of coaching. In 2020, they founded Alicia Daugherty Coaching, LLC, a leadership and executive coaching practice focused on helping leaders improve their effectiveness and achieve professional and personal fulfillment. Alicia also worked as an Executive Coach at AIIR Consulting in 2021, supporting leaders in navigating change and unlocking their leadership potential.

In 2021, Alicia co-founded F.I.N.D., a company focused on frame, imagine, and navigate. Alicia joined SkillCycle in 2022 as a Leadership & Executive Coach.
