Iva Petrova

Iva Petrova began their work experience as a Project Manager at Aplus.net in 2007. Iva was responsible for maintaining and managing multiple medium to large-scale projects, acting as the main point of contact for reporting project status and tracking communications with clients. Iva then moved on to a role as a Technical Support at Hostway Services, Inc in 2008, where they demonstrated a willingness to learn and work efficiently in a team, resolving customer issues with empathy and professionalism.

In 2011, they joined Artirix as a Technical Support and later transitioned to the role of QA Analyst. As a QA Analyst, they collaborated with development teams to deliver quality software solutions by conducting manual testing of web applications across various platforms and browsers. In their role as Technical Support, they utilized their technical expertise to support the technology team and resolve client application issues.

From 2017 to 2019, Petrova worked as a QA Contractor at Realla, where they contributed to the quality assurance efforts of the company. In 2020, they joined VA Software Solutions as a Technical Business Analyst, specializing in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

Most recently, Petrova joined Consensus in 2022 as a Business Analyst, where they apply their expertise in analyzing business processes and data to drive improvements and efficiency within the organization.

Iva Petrova completed their secondary education at the Professional High School of Computing and Technology Systems in Pravets from 1996 to 2000. Iva obtained their Secondary Education Diploma with a focus on Computer Science during this period. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the Technical University Sofia from 2000 to 2005. In 2017, they obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
