Callum Wilkinson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce planning and operational management. Currently serving as a Command Center Analyst IV at GoDaddy since May 2022, Callum leads a team responsible for ensuring optimal coverage across contact centers in multiple regions, working to provide continuous customer support across 21 sites in 12 countries.
