Claudia Beschea

Claudia Beschea has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Claudia started their career at Orange Romania SA in 2004 as a Collection Analyst. Claudia then joined HP in 2007 as a Senior Collection Analyst, where they worked until 2012. In 2013, they joined Orange Romania as a Corporate Sales Administrator and remained in the role until 2020. Claudia then joined Amazon in 2020 as a Senior HR Services Administrator, and later took on roles as Process Lead and Team Manager New Joiner Support until 2023. In the same year, they joined GoDaddy as a Lead Recruitment Coordinator.

Claudia Beschea obtained their Bachelor's degree in European Studies with a focus on Politics from the Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca. Claudia completed their undergraduate education from 1999 to 2003. Following this, Claudia pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources from the Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) from 2003 to 2005.
