Matthew J. Kovacich

Matthew J. Kovacich is a shareholder in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group in the Milwaukee office. His practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital and strategic commercial relationships for numerous public and private companies in various industries.

In addition to his mergers and acquisitions practice, Matt advises clients on a variety of corporate governance matters and commercial contracting matters, which include drafting and negotiating, among others, customer, supply, license, consulting and other service agreements. Matt also advises clients on all stages of a business, from formation, financing and capitalization to exit strategies.
