Michael Donovan

Michael Donovan possesses extensive experience in education, serving as an 8th-grade US history instructor at Godfrey-Lee Public Schools and the Michigan Department of Education. Since June 2006, Michael has contributed as an M-STEP Item Writer, involved in assessment and curriculum alignment projects. Additional roles include teaching at Godfrey Elementary, working as a curriculum consultant for Kent Intermediate School District, and serving as an instructor for Social Studies Methods at Grand Valley State University. Michael's early career encompassed roles in the family clothing business and as an analytics videographer for minor league baseball teams. Michael holds multiple degrees from Grand Valley State University, including a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, and has further qualifications in TESOL and curriculum development.
