Alison Farah has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting in 2006, they worked at Target Australia as an Operations Manager until 2007. Alison then joined Tennis NSW as a Human Resource/Business Services Manager, where they worked until 2015. Afterward, they moved to Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics as a People and Culture Business Partner, holding the position until 2018. In the same year, they worked at Dash Digital Media as a People and Culture Manager from February to July. Since August 2018, they have been serving as the Head of People and Culture at Godolphin.
Alison Farah has a Bachelor of Science / Social Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of New South Wales.
