Riju Dutta

Riju Dutta serves as the Rewards and Commercial HR Lead for South East Asia at Godrej Consumer Products Limited since August 2015, managing Total Rewards, HR business partnering for Sales, Marketing, and R&D, and HR systems and services for Godrej Indonesia. Previously, Riju held roles such as Head HR for East Africa and COE Lead for Rewards and Productivity at Godrej Africa, as well as HRBP for Kenya, focusing on HR strategies across the region. Early career experiences include Talent Acquisition Manager at ICICI Bank, overseeing recruitment for various banking sectors, and Project Engineer at Wipro, where responsibilities included team management and project development. Riju holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a B.Tech in Information Technology from Meghnad Saha Institute Of Technology.
